Residential Loan Application
The mortgage industry
has gone through many changes over the past few years. Most
loans are eligible for Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac Automated
Underwriting. When I receive your completed application
I’ll set-up a Loan Profile, pull your credit report,
and call/email you to review. Once we’ve completed
our review I’ll run your file for an automated underwrite
and process your loan. If your particular Loan Profile is
not eligible for a Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac underwrite I have
many other program options.
Instructions
Page 1 – complete all sections that
apply to you as completely as possible. Please complete
a 24 month residence history and a 24 month employment history
(sections I, II, III, and IV). We can discuss via phone/email
if you can’t complete 24 months for some reason. Entering
a Zip code will identify the State. Page
2 – complete: Monthly Income and Combined Housing
Expense (section V)
Assets
(section VI) institution name and approximate balance/no
need for account numbers.
Liabilities
(section VI) skip entering Liabilities. When I pull your
credit report it will populate this section automatically.

Schedule of Real Estate Owned and answer Declarations
questions in section VIII.
The
